An invitation:

For years, my focus has been on trauma release and emotional intelligence - first as a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral therapy, then through studying different meditation approaches. No single tradition holds all the answers, but I keep finding patterns that expand my perception of how our bodies and consciousness work.

We're living in fascinating times - a lot of us are unlearning and relearning simultaneously. If you're also figuring out how to make your body a place you want to be, or how to live more kindly with yourself and the world, maybe we're on similar paths.

I'm sharing what I'm learning and noticing. Sometimes it might land, sometimes it won't. But if any of it resonates or sparks your own insights - that's the point
